Chipotle Mexican Grill

3 stars is a bit high and 2 may have been a bit low. So tired of going to any and all Chipotle restaurants and having them run out of ingredients. Even better when I point out they aren't out and they just didn't bother to look! We eat pretty clean and there aren't a ton of salad type restaurants. Disappointing to say the least. Does anyone at Chipotle know how to order appropriate amounts of food anymore? Should have a reader board outside updated daily with items you're out of. Would make it easier than the surprise halfway thru the order process.

Chipotle is chipotle when it comes to food, I think that’s the only reason they’re still open. This location gets a kick out of mislabeling the group orders we place for the office. Last 3 bowls, and last two burritos I’ve gotten have all been mislabeled which is really quite a nuisance since the only way to check a burrito is to bite into it.

My app order wasn't ready. They had to look it up and make it after I arrived, which is fine. But they were out of multiple ingredients, mainly fajita, so I didn't get what I paid for. They couldn't care less as if it's not their fault and it's normal to give less than promised. Reviews show that this store is notorious for this issue.
