Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to love this location except for the past three weeks every time I place an online order and go to pick it up, the doors are locked and employees say things like “our water is out”. Why in the world am I able to place an order on the Chipotle app for a specific time, but then it turns out the store is closed. This has happened multiple times, all instances around lunch and dinner time. On top of this, I then have to CALL an 800 number to get a refund for the order placed through the app, and I then have to scramble for a meal for my family.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in the other day to place an order, and was greeted by rude management staff. Yelling online orders only! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me, or give me an explanation as to why. I’m completely OK with ordering online, but the lack of customer service was astonishing considering you’re in a front facing customer service roll. Looks like location also has issues with store hours. I will not be returning to this location. save yourself some time and headache and head to Milford location or Fields Ertl.

Don't put your hours on Google if your not going to honor them. Showed up at 9:36 and they were locked and closing. You have no excuse. It's not a staffing shortage issue. They have staff. They're staff is just too lazy and privileged to stay at work until posted closing time. When I leave work before the end of my shift I get fired. Loveland would be better off without them. Absolute garbage
