Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole (paid $2.55 extra) and got no guacamole. Food was still well made and tasted good.

Went to this location today and after they made my food and everything I go to pay and they tell me they cannot take cash from me. Told me they were out of change so I have to pay a different way. Cash was all I had on me. After waiting in line for 15min and with no sign or anything posted about card only I was denied my food which they had already made and then just threw away since I didn’t have a card. This should not be an option to deny cash sales and if it was should have been something to say that so I didn’t waste my time and have the food wasted by just throwing away

Poor customer service!! Multiple employees were working on door dash orders and ignoring the customers in front of them. 4 feet away and nothing. I waited my turn to get to the counter and once standing in front of the employees they didn't even look up or acknowledge I was there. I understand getting busy and trying to catch up but " I'm sorry for the wait I'll be right with you" goes a long ways.
