Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered online a bowl and everything i ordered was there except for the guac. I checked the receipt and i was charged for it even though it wasn’t added?? They also barely gave me enough meat? Terrible experience really. Please double check everything is added on my meal before i take it.

Horrible service, takes them 2 hours to make a Doordash order, half the time they just cancel it. Rude, indifferent employees (they are not understaffed, all just standing around) that roll their eyes if you ask them a question. Awful, cold food, and half the time it’s sitting outside the steam tray on the counter. Never, ever going there again. Avoid this place.

Awful experience. I placed my order over the phone, and waited 30 mins before leaving my kids to come pick up my order as the system told me 20 minutes. I get to the store and they said they don't have it. I left, then came back and they said their system has been down for 3 hours. So they lied when they said they didn't have my order. I'm frustrated and not happy at all with the service here.
