Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst location in Gwinnett! I placed an order online and when I received it I was missing one meal and the meal I did receive was cold. But not only was it cold the rice wasn’t cooked. I received a cold under cooked burrito bowl. We had to throw way the food we did get because it was inedible. This is not the first time this location has messed our order. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund via the app rather then dealing with the staff directly.

This is probably the worst Chipotle. I have visited here thrice but no more, I’m not going here even if it is the last Chipotle in the city. The employees here are rude and inefficient. They have the longest wait times, they don’t make any gesture to make you feel they’re friendly. May be they’re so used to wearing masks they don’t realize we can see their faces now and they need to give an occasional smile to customers. All I saw were sad faces :(

The food is good but dealing with ignorant people is the problem here. Male server is so incompetent he chose ignorance over great customer service which resulted in him throwing out food twice due to charging for items before advising additional charges and no signs in the store. Now this fool decided to remake because customer debated the charge was not mentioned, the second remake he decided to pour a spoonful of bean juice over rice. The third time he was so upset I think he wet himself. All this because they failed to warm customers or put up a sign regarding ALL extra charges for items.
