Chipotle Mexican Grill

Thanks a lot for amazing service. We wanted gluten free veggie bowl and the manager and mithajaye (might be wrong spelling) employee making the bowl was super sensitive to understand the requirement of gluten free and took all precautions - changing of gloves, washing hands and ensuring no cross contamination by taking out all fresh batches of items me and wife wanted. Not many good joints take this level of care including other Chipotle locations. Commendable job by manager and employee on 4th March 2023. Thanks a lot for your attention to details and taking care of customer request !

This is the second time in a month that I drive to the restaurant just to have a sign in the window that says “online orders only“. It’s so pathetic and such a waste of time. The manager should be fired. Get it together people. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. On a Sunday too. Just imagine all the people that waste the drive for this. Update gave them another chance: Saying that the Lancaster area has some of the worst chipotles on earth is not an understatement. There’s always something wrong, and the place is always a mess and always has hair in every meal. If you like long strands of different colored hairs in your meal definitely come here. The people are so messy and they don’t even wear gloves. I’ve seen people wiping sweat from their forehead and then touching the rice. Not to mention every time you get an order that you placed online it’s always wrong and they always rip you off if you order double check and they only put single if you order veggies, they don’t put any. The quality here depends on the day unfortunately. Some times EVERYTHING is perfect and delicious, some others the meat is full of gristle and other details are wrong or missing. It would be nice if the place could ensure consistency.
