Woman with blonde hair who appears to be a manager should just clock out and go home. She clearly doesn't wanna be there. Went in for a mobile order showed her the receipt, she said she would check, took her sweet time doing whatever she was doing on the register and then went back to the kitchen. My bag was right next to her the entire time because the guy at the register handed it to me when I had to ask a 2nd time. Babe we all work jobs and it sucks sometimes but you still gotta do yours. I usually don't snitch but nah I've been havin a bad day too and didn't take it out on you so why do that to me. 2:10 on 8/1/23.

45min in the drive thru, once i got to the front for my order the woman didn’t even give an explanation when i asked about the situation since it’s so unusual for fast food places to have such a delay. I was met with short, bitter and aggressive replied by the employees and no explanation on the delay. I understand they were overwhelmed and frustrated as well but a simple apology or explanation would of went a long way. Made me late for work, ruined my day and lost me as a customer.
