Chipotle Mexican Grill

Let me be clear that I NEVER leave negative reviews unless I think something is seriously wrong - but every time I order delivery from this location it is at least 30 mins late. And I know it's not my drivers because it shows them sitting there, at the restaurant, that entire time. The food is good and look, I'd drive there myself if I had the time - but I work a job where I do not have enough time to pop out and pick up my own lunch. I order earlier than I need to and still am starving by the time the food arrives.

That's all the barbacoa that was in my burrito bowl on a carry out order my husband picked up tonight. I was giving this location the benefit of the doubt after they screwed up last time because stuff happens, but they clearly do not care about providing good food to customers. It's disappointing when a chain restaurant is so noticeably worse than others you have been too. But I will not be back to this chipotle.

UPDATE: This location seems to be under new management and has been doing a lot better with preparation time and order accuracy. Way to go guys. Still only giving four stars because I have to check my order every time for missing small items (kid’s juice, fruit, etc). It’s frustrating because my wife usually places the order and I’m there to pick up and don’t want to have sad, thirsty kids with no chips. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place used to be so good… Unfortunately ordering through the app for pickup has been bogus 3 times in a row. By bogus I mean more than 30 minutes later than the agreed-upon time. Sitting watching people go through the line and wishing you had just done it that way is so frustrating. The second time this happened they got the order wrong, and I didn’t find out until I got home. But the third time my wife finally left after 45 min of waiting and them telling her they didn’t receive her order. She showed the confirmation to the guy and he said “sorry there’s nothing
