Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the first time I didn’t finish my salad. Food was not flavorful and seemed to be missing spices. Found a bone in my meat. sSo bad. Will never come back here.

Horrible experience. I got food poisoned had to be rushed to ER I had no more fight in me I felt like I was going to die. I had the Chicken bowl I could tell after eating it something was not right either the chicken, cheese, sour cream salsa it tasted spoiled and had a twang I immediately reach out to them to let know. There was no concern I reach out to the health department to let them know and they were not all surprised several complaints reported on this location. I reach out to Corporate and filed a claim (I had to do the young lady foot work for her no response back in a timely matter and even upon request) I just want you guys to pay this high medical bill I endured, finally a response back today CHIPOTLE served over 300 people that day no other issues reported and no issues with the location prior before. They feel they are not at fault and my claim was denied...

They do a fantastic job when you go inside. Online ordering they consistently struggle. This location has always had really competent and friendly staff - just seems like they've never got enough of them :/
