Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle. I ear here all the time, it's not terribly priced, sometime I do with they would cook the rice a little longer. I wish they didn't get rid of the Pollo chicken that stuff was delicious. I'm not sure if this was because it was an hour before close or what but multiple things wrong with this order we spent more than $20 on. Said they didn't have lettuce. Hardly any steak in my bowl like 5 or 6 small pieces (when the steak option costs more too I mighat add). Food was cold (not even seeming to be mildly warm). I asked for mild salsa but the whole bowl tasted spicy (and I've had Chipotle multiple times before so I know what their mild normally tastes like). My gf asked for a medium hot salsa but her bowl was Extra spicy (and my gf can handle spice). Outrageous for the money spent and basic principles that a food place should have. It's like they just didn't want to put things out..

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I've been here on three separate occasions as it is close to where I work, and on all three occasions they were out of chips and guac. And on one of the trips they were out of brown rice. And this is at 11:30 in the afternoon. This place needs to get its stuff together. Poor management. I don't recommend going to this place! Find somewhere different to go for lunch nearby.
