Chipotle Mexican Grill

So, Today was the worst experience trying get my lunch via Independence, Chipotle! I'm all about patience and understanding when facilities are short-staffed, but patience and understanding is not at the forefront when my order is wrong after receiving it after waiting patiently with understanding. After a second attempt at receiving order, my chicken tasted like it had been on the grill far too long- burnt charcoal! And my order was wrong.

Terrible experience here. 2 people making orders. 2 at the register chatting and looking at each others phones. Placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 520pm. I arrived a few minutes early and noticed they were only prepping orders for folks in line. At 530 I just stood in line and requested they make my order once it was my turn. I noticed that the 2 unoccupied employees were solely responsible for chips and drinks. They messed up every order. In the end they gave me my order incomplete and I had to go back to get my missing items. This place is terribly managed. They need someone there ensuring the employees are paying attention and not busy playing on their phones.

Walked in today and it seemed slow there was no other customers. Walked up to counter to start order and was told there were only 3 people working and that he couldn't serve me!!!! Not one of those three can help me and get me on my way. I get that everyone's understaffed chipotle pay your emoyees more and I'll bet they show up... ridiculous...the gentleman was very nice about it not rude at all biut chipotle as a whole failed the employees that did show up....this location is known to not provide the best service and they are always outta guac...Chipotle DO BETTER.
