Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food quality has been terrible lately. My chicken was overcooked. Also my last couple orders have been incorrect back to back for such simple requests. So disappointed.

I recently placed an online order, on 2-1-2023. Picked it up and when I got home, I opened the bag, and it was a disaster, for the exception of one burrito. The steak quesadillas did not look like quesadillas. They were a mess. One piece looked as if everything was thrown in there. the other piece only had cheese. I ordered the 3 tacos, hard shell. Well, the 3 tacos ONLY THE SHELLS, were thrown in an aluminum bowl. Nothing in them. The add-ins were actually placed on three soft shells, stuck together, making one. I have pictures of the tacos. Unfortunately the quesadilla was thrown out could not take a picture. WHAT A MESS CHIPOTLE. Shame on your employees. YOUR PERSONNEL IS REALLY BAD!! You are paying them for doing nothing. Don't buy there, it's disgusting.
