Chipotle Mexican Grill

1 start because i can't give it zero .This place is disgusting why is this even open ? Inspection should come in and handle this no forks insufficient items kitchen is dirty as hell floors are greasy.

I have to rate according to my experience. I placed an order online for pickup and I got my order went home only to find that part of my order was missing. I had to drive back and ask for the missing item and I was told that it was missing because they were out of carnitas. They took it upon themselves to not include it or let me know or even given the option to choose something else. Finally after asking for a refund I was told I have to call customer service. Then the miracle carnitas appeared and they made the missing item. Never again will I order from there.

My order was ready for pickup. But the side order of guacamole was old looking. And there were no lids for the big soda cups and no other option offered by the staff. My friend went a couple of hours later with the family and still there were no lids, old guacamole and no ice. Last week my son went and there was no ice either. Food tasted good. Don’t know if I will come back.
