Chipotle Mexican Grill

I used to think that the brand could overcome poor store culture…I stand corrected…if you have another alternative you should take it. Poor engagement, even less sense of urgency. I must say at least you all find it funny that so many people are waiting longer for fast food than you would a great steak.

This place has really gone downhill. Many of the tables were dirty, and the floor was sticky in a few spots. One employee put the soda machine pieces back together where the soda comes out without gloves. Call in and online line orders clearly take priority over people waiting to order. They didn't give my son cheese for his tacos, and they were out of brown rice. Staff was indifferent and dismissive. Food tasted as it should.

Staff is very slow, rude, and does not pay attention to your orders. They have messed up my order every single time. If they don't have the item, they will still charge you for it and just not put it in the bag, then tell you you can only get a refund on the app, despite there not even being an option. We lost literally half of our meal due to items not being available that we were still charged for. And if you call the store all they say is to make a complaint to a different number. Makes it even more infuriating when the app is able to tell you what items are available or not at every restaurant except this one.
