This is a great location and I love chipotle. My only criticism is for management and whoever control supply chain management for the stores: they fail to have simply ingredients frequently, like fajitas. One of the better Chipotles I've been to got in and out and is really quick. They charged me correctly for my food because it's some reason at Chipotle's I always get charged wrong. I am really concerned about if Alice is still scared or not though I hope you're doing okay Alice don't be scared of the sour cream girl.

I really enjoy Chipotle’s bowls. Unfortunately, they are unbelievably unorganized. I did a pickup order through Grubhub. When I got there, my food was not even close to being ready. I was told it would be started immediately. I came back in 10 minutes later to check on it. I was asked if some adjustments could be made since they ran out of certain things and that my food would be made immediately. I came back 15 minutes later and nobody has still yet to make my food. I was literally watching people walk in and have their food be made right then and there. I was forgotten about more than 3 times, I was very patient with them, I agreed to an order being adjusted ( a burrito turned into a bowl), and when I got home my order was completely wrong!!!! Other online orders were waiting for their food a long time too.
