Chipotle Mexican Grill

No walk in quesidilla. Both my fiance and I had gristle in our chicken and I even had bone. We will never go back to this location. Also the service was poor and unhelpful. Just awful in every way!

Unfortunately this location has gone down hill. They used to be great, but lately it's been disappointing. For starters, the portions have gotten smaller and the pricing just gets higher. The workers here are extremely stingy with how much they give you (half a scoop of whatever you're asking for) and then double charging you for asking "extra". Their food quality has gone down hill as well. The beans are always dry, to the point where I don't even bother ordering them anymore. Pico is not good either. One time , I ordered a burrito and the person making it made it so messy the juices were pouring out while the worker was trying to wrap it up. I asked for a new one as it was a big mess and the Manger just said to put the burrito into a burrito bowl. Like what ??? The fact that you have to place quesdilla only online isn't a good policy either and just seems lazy to me. Take the order and make the rest of the customers order while it cooks. I always figured Chipotle was reducing their portions but the burrito I had today is enough to make me stop buying food from them. When you’re paying $11 for food it should be filling and a good portion; however, a half scoop of rice and meat is not enough to fill anyone. Cant forget the three scoops of pico they put on though! From here on out Qdoba is getting my money.
