Chipotle Mexican Grill

My review is based on the hours, it says it closes at 10 P.M. I arrived at 9:50, but doors were closed. Need to update houses !

If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely horrible costumer service. The workers were rude and acted like they didn't even want to be there. My sister has allergies and they mixed the nacho cheese sauce in with the meat. We informed the worker but she continued to mix it in and act like she didn't care. To top it all off, inside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy.

This location is disgusting. They need a good power wash outside and inside is horrible, they have no pride in their workplace. No one is cleaning, food droppings are everywhere. Staff is rude and clearly has no training in customer service. If child orders guac as 3rd choice on kids meal it costs extra so consumer should be notified that this choice is an extra fee. So they should be given 3 choices plus the extra not two and the guac. You are ripping people off. If wearing a mask speak clearly and loudly. Literally 2nd time going to Chipotle and this franchise owner should be ashamed of their facility and it's employees.Never will return at least to this location. ????
