Use to be one of my favorite places, but the last several times the quality had gone down. I order the samr thing every time, so I can only speak to the burritos. Too often the rice is undercooked and hard, as well as the steak. Might be a while before I return. To be clear, I'm speaking off the Eastlake location.

I went to pick up an order through the drive thru pick up. The girl who handed me my order was mean. I felt rushed even though the place was dead as heck and I was getting pick up lol. My food was open and spilled bean juice all over me. Which made me sad but I was like man, it’s fine. I then drove to drop off the food to my husband at his job, Then when he opened the bowl, the chicken portion was TERRIBLE. it was about half a spoon. Which really bummed me out. They forgot to put the green Chile as well. and lastly they forgot to put forks in my bag. So I had to scavenge in my car for one. Worst experience I’ve had man. Oh and I forgot to mention. I’ve been to this place on break at work before. I went inside and it took a while to be tended to. I understand, it gets busy.
