Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered pickup from the app. They gave us a 5:50 pickup time and I arrived at 5:50 anticipating my order would be ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes while I could have gone through the in store order line 5 times if I hadn't already ordered and paid. This was a frustrating and miserable experience with this store and it's the third time in as many visits where they have failed to provide a minimum level of satisfaction. The food is good but I will not return.

absolutely terrible, i ordered for pickup at 3:10 and didn’t get my food until 3:40 and the worst part is, i was one of 6 people in the store by the time i got in and left so it’s not like there was a lot of orders to be made, when i opened the burrito it was literally a chunk of meat in one spot and no where else

Worst Chipotle I have been to. First time was a 45 min wait for food with 2 people ahead of me. Food was cold by the time they finished assembling. Gave this location a second shot. Ordered ahead, online. Showed up 5 min after expected pickup. Food hadn't been started. 3 employees at the counter wouldn't start making the bowl. Uncertain why, as the location had no one else in it. Abysmal.
