They could at least act like they want customers. Even more disappointing when they try to avoid communication all together. Maybe it's just me but I'd like to imagine that the new garlic steak would look even a little like the pictures or like it wasn't stomped on before putting it out. (UPDATE!) EVEN AFTER QUESTIONING THE LADY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS THE NEW GARLIC STEAK MULTIPLE TIMES, SHE INSISTED IT WAS THE GARLIC STEAK... IT'S NOT! Gotta get back to work or else I'd be able to get my money back. Not once that I've been here, which is only 4 times, not one burrito stayed closed together because they put 2 giant scoops of rice before anything and then can't wrap it. Then they try to close it up with foil and act like it's not smashed mush inside. Go to qdoba instead.

I have gone to this location many times and am sympathetic to the job market right now and understand it’s difficult to staff. But unfortunately today I received a chicken bowl and the chicken was charred and cooked on the outside but raw on in the inside. Be careful!

Inconsistent. This location is heavily based on who is working at the time and whether or not you are in their “favorite” list. I’ve gotten huge heaping servings and then half servings with an extra piece of chicken thrown in. Most recently I got half a serving of rice, a full serving of beans, half a serving of barbacoa, a normal serving of salsa and corn and then back to being stingy with the sour cream and cheese. I would have thought this person was an accountant trying to save the location money but the person before me got regular servings of everything. Oh well, there are other locations, I will avoid this one.
