Chipotle Mexican Grill

There was a cashier that was so nasty and unruly to me because I asked to use the bathroom. This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever experienced at chipotle. This woman really show me what ghetto really is I felt so small in front of the other customers it was so embarrassing someone needs to do something about this individual. The outside of the restaurant was completely trash and nasty and she told me they are overworked underpaid. And the line is too long.

We arrived an hour before their closing time to be informed they were only doing online orders because it was only 1 person there. We went to the car placed our order to get to the payment option and get a message they weren't taking any more orders. As though that wasn't enough to be shocked by we noticed more employees coming from the back. We were very disappointed and decided to go to Taco Mac.

I am writing this review as a delivery driver with fifteen years of restaurant work and management behind me. Also as someone who finds no joy in leaving bad reviews. Today I went in to this location to pick up two lunch orders, and there were five other delivery drivers waiting when I walked in. The manager? was in a verbal altercation with a woman over whether or not she had paid for her food, and the other employees were just sort of… standing around watching. There were two employees (one with blue hair and piercings, and another woman who seemed very young) trying their best to serve walk-in customers while we all waited for our items. Long story short, I waited almost thirty EXTRA minutes for them to complete one burrito and one burrito bowl because the manager? and a shift lead? were standing behind the register talking derogatorily about other customers. When I tried to confirm they had included the drink for one of my orders, the shift lead? told me to wait my turn to speak to
