Chipotle Mexican Grill

Extremely rude customer service. The team didn’t acknowledge us for over 4 min in the drive through lane, even though the food was done and ready. They were answering their personal phone in the kitchen area. Completely unsanitary! I have seen couple of comments similar to this one. Does Chipotle or the failed store manager read this? I wish there 0 stars to give them. They messed up the order, didn’t taste as good as we used to from different stores. It is a full picture, once you get rude customer service - just know your food will be bad. I Will never come back here.

When I ordered tacos the person taking my order said they had to make them because they didn't have any cooked. They offered just to make a soft taco but I wanted hard shell. I don't think they were happy with me being visibly irritated. Also when we walked in there was a big mess of food on one of the tables and where they were making the food was not clean.

Honestly, I hate complaining but .. all I have to say about this location is do NOT order online unless you're picking up. This is the second time my online order (which is delivered through door dash) has taken over an hour just for them to cancel it. Then no one picks up the phone. Chipotle sent an automatic email saying I'd be refunded so, that's good at least. I think this isn't necessarily the employees fault, but poor management and short staff maybe? If you can't handle the online orders just block them until you have the staff to properly take on the workload.
