Chipotle Mexican Grill

Zerooo stars ???? Worst experience ever by a Chipotle store, honestly..this store's manager is to blame. I'm traveling from out of town, stopped by and should've kept driving to the next restaurant. When I say DIRTY.. an understatement. Bathrooms were filthy, trash was everywhere. The tables in the dining room was disgusting as you see in the picture. I asked for chips with my $40 order only to be told that they didn't have any chips, but looked to my left and seen 3 large bins full of chips. I asked her why can't I pay for those chips and she said she didn't have the "authority" to bag the chips up. What a job, right? LOL asked to see the manager, what a joke. I told him the bathrooms were filthy and he said ok and bagged my chips up and I left, after taking the picture. Definitely a bad experience and will not be back to this location!!!

I ordered Doordash for lunch. I have no idea what this is????????‍♀️ but this is not what I asked for and the chicken was over cooked. Unfortunately I had to return the food and ask for a refund. Literally the worse Chipotle around. When I think maybe I’ll give them a chance again, I am once again disappointed. Paid to add Guac, and I get 2 chunks of black/brown avocado. I literally can’t even stick my fork through it, it is that hard!! Ordered a double order of protein, and got maybe half a scoop. Whoever manages this place needs to get it together. It’s pathetic.
