Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't even bother. This place is basically Murphy's law incarnate-- everything that can go wrong will go wrong. I've been to bad Chipotle locations but this place is in a league of it's own. The first order I placed there was perfect, almost like I was lulled into a full sense of security. Then there was the next order I placed... The bowl was half empty, the lid was barely on, the chips were soggy, the bag was crumpled, and they somehow gave me a spoon instead of a fork. It's like someone went out of their way to do as bad of a job as possible. Thinking it was a fluke I went back there a couple of times out of convenience, but each time has been terrible. I shouldn't be surprised. When you order something as simple as McDonald's your order isn't always accurate so something as multi-layered as a Chipotle order is bound to get screwed up.

This is the second time ove ordered a chicken quesadila and there no chicken. I work and don't have time to go back for then to fix the mistake. I only get a 10min lunch break.

2 visits similar results. Both visits I ordered double steak and extra lettuce. $4.99 extra. Did not get extra steak or lettuce either time. One window girl was nice. The other was not at all nice. $16 for a double steak bowl (with maybe 1 portion of steak) on both visits and I went to McDonalds after because I was still hungry. Too much emphasis on speed and not any emphasis on accuracy. I won’t be visiting Chipotle again. Check out my pic of my nearly empty $16 steak bowl that left me hungry.
