If I could give this location “0” stars it would be justified. I ordered my food through the app which was about the only effective aspect of this experience. I pickup up my order on time , took it home and subsequently found out the order was completely wrong… but don’t try call the restaurant (sarcasm implied) you will only get told my a random automated system to refer to the email confirmation you received to give feedback. I did get ahold of the manager she was overall pleasant but gave the excuse that all of her employees have worked their for less than 2 weeks. She did remake my order correctly and the world was at peace again. Chipotle at nearly all locations to this point are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, this specific location is on trend. An average 3.6 stars should speak for itself… no company would see that as acceptable.

I have been to this Chipotle several times because it’s right down the road from my apartment. But it seems like there is an issue almost every time I eat here (or try to). Multiple times, they have prioritized mobile orders over customers who are in store standing in line. I came today and after waiting at the front of the line for 10-15 minutes (with only one party behind us), the manager said it would be another 20 minutes before I could even order as they caught up on mobile orders (so I left). I came at 4:00 recently and the manager said they were not taking any in-store orders (with no sign or anything on the front door to let customers know). Portions are small. Rice has been undercooked and crunchy more than once. They’re also always out of chips. The staff is usually friendly and I can tell they’re doing their best but the manager has not been helpful. As a customer who gets Chipotle usually once a week, I’m never coming back to this location again. I would recommend going dow
