Chipotle Mexican Grill

Disgustingly dirty! There was food all over the counters and prep area. 90% of the tables were filthy and had not been cleaned, my feet were sticking to the floor. I entered and was not greeted I and proceeded to stand there for 3-4 minutes while workers buzzed around in ignoring me. I finally flagged down a worker who just gestured with his hand that someone would be coming. I waited more and a girl finally came. I ordered a burrito but she couldn’t start making it because the counter was covered in filth so she called another worker to help clean it. The worker looked confused as to why cleaning the nasty area was necessary and they both just stood there awkwardly while I waited for my food to be started. The first girl finally walks away presumably to find something to clean the nasty counters & I just walked away at that point. There was no communication like “I apologize ma’am for the wait” or “one moment while I step away to get a rag to clean” NOTHING… very rude and trashy and

The food is good but the service not so much. I’ve been in line for a pick up order for an hour. Nobody has been on the line making food but there has been 3 employees outside. One on the phone and 2 taking smoke breaks.

Okay, so, HEAR ME OUT Don’t let the negative reviews deter you. Okay, so staff may not be the jolliest BUT with a brief intro they lighten up. These are just babies that work here… they do their job and do what they can. Babygirl on the prep table line was choppin them onions with no sweat or a tear ! Boss man was grilling them steaks like an OG supposed to! Shawty at the register making sure every order goes out swiftly! This is their place of work. We don’t know what happens behind the scenes to deliver your precious burritos but just keep in mind someone showed up today…
