Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just waited in line for 25 minutes only to learn, after our order had made it all the way down the counter, that there was no cheese. So, we left. The counter was filthy. The sneeze guard was gross. The employees were visibly annoyed by each other, a very awkward situation. I was actually relieved not to have to eat the meal after watching it being made. But seriously?!? No notice to incoming customers that there’s no cheese???

The staff we interacted with were so friendly and patient. I have a milk allergy and she cheerfully went out of her way to insure we avoided it. It would be lovely if they could add a dairy free cheese or sour cream! Dietary restrictions: It would not be difficult to be a tad bit more dairy free allergy

Went tonight. We walked in to a line of people and most of the staff just standing there joking around with each other, chatting it up. The girl making the plates was the only person I saw working (she had on a choker necklace). The food was low and she had to go get the refills from the back herself. She asked for help to which she was pretty much laughed at and told no. The line just got longer and she just continued to smile politely and help everyone as fast as she could. The customers noticed and several made comments to her about how great she was doing and it would be okay.
