Chipotle Mexican Grill

The lady or the younger girl that makes the orders from the online app, keeps refusing, neglecting, "Forgets", or sneaks around about not putting all of the topping or additions to my food I order, I order a burrito with tomato salsa, corn salsa, salsa Verde, sour cream, cheese, rice, chicken, guacamole, and queso. She puts a small dab of guacamole, a little bit of queso no sour cream and so salsa Verde and the app says nothing about anything being extra and I even order an extra tortilla for my order and she just has two tortillas on top of each other. Rude and not necessary. People should watch them make their food when they do online orders. Parking: Lots of spots in front and around Wheelchair accessibility: I have to pull on the doors so someone with a wheelchair will have to have someone assist them to order, and if they're still doing online orders, someone else will have to go in and get it.

When I went inside they told me that it was online order only. They turned away like 30 customers in 7 minutes while I sat at a table and ordered online. Stupid business model to turn away people that went out of their way to come and spend money in your business. This enables extra waste since people who order online order takeout only. Not a good move in the middle of a climate crisis.

If you are a big fan of Chipotle, which I assume most of you are, then it brings me much dissatisfaction to tell you that this is a subpar or below average Chipotle if you will. The biggest thing missing at this establishment is, consistency. One day you can come here. It will be great. The next terrible. Proceed with that in mind.
