Chipotle Mexican Grill

Will never go back. Bad experience and tried to get to speak with store manager. Had to go to a central customer service area. They took my info and never heard back from anyone. Went to the store a few days ago. Finally spoke to what I was told was the manager. A young 20something guy who folded his arms and swayed back and forth as I talked. All he said was sorry you had a bad experience. Didn't care at all. It is what it is so I adopted the same attitude to the shop and it is what it is as I spend my $$ elsewhere.

I wanted the new steak for my salad but they only have enough for 1 serving. So I ask the nice lady attending the line if there was more fresh meat in the back. The cooked reply right then its as fresh as it gets. So I switched to chicken but im not coming back to this location.

I used to work at this location, it was the cleanest and most well managed Chipotle in probably all of DFW when I worked here in 2019. Ever since the old manager Servando apparently left, and this new guy Brad took over, it has completely ruined the place. I refuse to ever come back here again, nothing is ever made properly, the place is always dirty, the new employees are rude, I truly don't have enough bad things to say. I sincerely hope that upper management sees these comments and returns this place to its former glory.
