Chipotle Mexican Grill

This one was good and we have been here multiple times earlier but, the staff was so not into a mood to make our rice bowl today. We had to wait for long to get order placed and then the boys across the counter were just so bored to fill in our order. Also, the guacamole had all turned brown. Definitely quality of the place has declined.

Went to this location for a pick up at 8pm. Waited in a close to standstill line until around 8:20pm. Once I finally reached the window the girl told me I’d have to either pull around again or come in and wait another 45 minutes because they were still working on orders from 7:30. I told her I’d like to just cancel my order and she just gave me a business card to call to get my refund and didn’t even apologize. This location used to be great and it’s the worst one in the city now. Food is always wrong or gross. Service is not only snail slow, the associates are typically rude as well. I understand being short staffed but this is a joke. I will drive out of my way to never go to this one again

Each and every time we go through the chipotle lane , we get short handed and under served when it come to our food , I order double meats just so they might give me a regular portion . They still ,despite the extra money for double meat , gave me less than a regular amount. I ordered a burrito and it’s less than the size of my hand , and I have small hands . It’s frustrating , a waste of time and money , and outrageous .
