Chipotle Mexican Grill

My friend and I came to this location earlier today and right off the bat we noticed that majority of the staff was just standing around while one person made everyone’s bowls. Since there was only one person making food instead of the typical two or three it took way longer than usual. This employee was also giving barely any food and everyone in line had to ask for more because the scoops were not even close to half full. I got a chicken bowl with a small side of chips and queso and guac. The guac cup was not even half filled and when I reached checkout I was charged for a large chips and queso instead of the small I ordered. I was met by attitude from the employees as I was told that the reason I was overcharged was because they gave me a large bag of chips. I did not ask for a large bag of chips and they were reluctant to give me my partial refund because of their mistake. I arrived at this location to pick up my mobile order , i work in fast food and understand that your mobile order is not always ready when it says it will be, i had ordered two things , for two dinners , my one entree was missing the corn salsa, i thought no big deal cause my other entree had it, the next day comes and i go to enjoy my next entree and the bowl looks like it was thrown around and someone ate out of it , everything was slid to the side and there were bits of rice still stuck to the bottom and it literally looked as if someone ATE half of my bowl, now i understand this might not be the case but if you think about “smoothing” the bowl out so that it doesnt look half eaten , its a skimpy portion and paying almost $10 for a bowl you would expect it to be more then 1/2 full

I'm not usually one to complain, but this was my worst experience at aChipotle that I've ever had. Ordered kids meal along with mine, and my kids were so disappointed when they saw them. Only rice and a shell with barely melted cheese, no beans or fruit like requested. Overall a very poor visit, the food was not what you usually get when visiting Chipotle, and the dining area needed attention.
