Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came into nothing but posivity. Didn't see my order on the rack because I did a mobile order. April who was already helping another customer told me it was in the back. An someone brought it out. Order was right which was awesome. Just in a great location and our food was really good. Portion sizes were great as well. For sure will be back.

In my 25 years I’ve never had food poisoning until now. I waited in line for almost an hour yesterday, only to be greeted by rude and slow staff that could barely prepare my order. I thought the sour cream looked a little thicker and darker than normal, but it was my first meal in awhile and I trusted the brand, so I still ate it. I’m currently laying in bed tossing and turning after vomiting aggressively and leaking stomach bile all morning. It’s really sad to see so many chipotle locations going downhill over the previous years.

Drove up to pickup my order and asked if I can get a large ice water and the grumpy old lady said no you can’t and slammed her window shut and started shaking her head like I was asking for something unreasonable. I will definitely be escalating this up to someone who cares if there is anyone that cares. Totally uncalled for. It’s a water.
