Chipotle Mexican Grill

The place was clean and neat. Had a Carnitas bowl. It was so good and tasty. People were very nice and they had a smile on their faces. Never disappointed with Chipotle

Ordered online due to being at work. Received a completely wrong order. Then Chipotle’s phone system is literally the stupidest thing I’ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service. I ordered a Barbacoa bowl w brown rice, no beans, guac, lettuce, queso, cheese, and hot sauce with a small chip. They sent me white rice, black beans, no meat, no hot sauce, and even sent me the wrong size chips. Contacted the live agent who said they would verify with the store that they didn’t get my order wrong. Like … what? You confirm with the person looking at the order. Not the people who made the order wrong to begin with.

Ordered online via the app for a chicken salad bowl for pickup. After receiving my order and getting back to my office, I found that my food was incorrect. The bag labeled had my name on it, but the bowl within the bag had someone else's order in it. It also had only half the bowl filled with food. Countless issues with this specific store and I can't justify going here and wasting my time anymore.
