Chipotle Mexican Grill

I asked for guacamole on my burrito and the worker said “we’re out” so I asked when they would have more in (because I was fine with waiting) and he said they hadn’t even started making it. Typically when the location I usually go to runs out they take some from the mobile deliveries side but this worker did not want to do that or accommodate the simple request for guacamole, I planned on getting chips and guacamole too, but I had to settle for Queso instead…. The chips were also super stale and underportioned. I paid for 2 large chips and it felt like I only got enough for 1 large with both orders. Super dissatisfied. Would give 0 stars if I could

1. Ordered food thru app, as indicated I was looking at the Pickup table and i dont see any of my takeout. Asked the staff member and they are holding it instead of placing my order on the rack. 2. Went home and opened the 2 takeout's, they are the same options but the quantity of the food is not the same. Never buying from this store again.

One star is to good for this location. horrible location do not go there very immature manager that does not care about quality of food or service (slow lines). I called to report the grill chicken was extremely salty and i was placed on hold for 15 minute. Before being hung up on. I called back and she initially refused to come to the phone. Laughed and joked about my issues with the employee that answered the call. Did not offered to work with me on the matter. The location on Weber is so much better!!!
