Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve tried this location multiple times and I’m always missing an ingredient. Today I ordered a veggie quesadilla which came with no veggies. I noticed at the store one side was missing which they replaced. I didn’t think I needed to check for veggies in a veggie quesadilla. I have ordered from this chipotle at least 6 times and I’ve never had a correct order. Not worth the hassle or rude management, go to a different chipotle.

Terrible location for mobile / online ordering… if you like paying normal prices and getting hardly anything that you order than this Chipotle location is for you. My bowl looked like a bowl for a little toddler. I could see the bottom of my bowl before even taking one bite… I would not recommend ordering online and would just stand in the long line.

I want to recognize the chipotle employees for acting so fast to remake my to go order after realizing that it got stolen. The to go shelf process could use an improvement in making sure that the orders go to the correct person, but the employees were so kind to remake my order quickly despite the insane lunch rush. Thanks to the people there, but the upper management folks need to come up with a better system.
