Chipotle Mexican Grill

Do not order from this location. We have ordered from here a few times and the orders are messed up. Rice is rock solid, not thoroughly cooked. Meat was cold and hard and my burrito bowl was half filled.

This use to be my go-to chipotle location, but my last 3-4 times have been beyond disappointing. They ignore the requests for extra veggies, beans, etc. and end up with barely anything in a bowl now. It’s so noticeable that I actually checked my order to make sure it was correct based off the weight of the bag alone. I don’t know what changed or why they have decided to skimp on all their ingredient amounts, but it’s obvious from other reviews they’re losing customers because of this change. Also it would be nice if the employees putting together the food would actually wear their masks properly instead of under their chin.

I've been to this location quite a few times and unfortunately most of my experiences were horrible. Either the rice was hard and not thoroughly cooked or the chicken was too salty or burnt. I hate leaving bad a reviews but seems like they need better cooks!
