Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst ran chipotle I've ever been to. Out of chips, no forks or napkins available. When i asked the employee said just a minute, then just started wiping a counter. After 5 minutes i asked again and she got extremely rude with me. Staff standing around while people were waiting for food.

I'm a frequent flyer at Chipotle so I know what to expect from these places. Very rarely have I had a bad experience but the service at this one was by far the worst I've ever had. Staff was rude and unwilling to acquiesce simple requests. I asked for fajita veggies which they had none made and requested some be taken from the to go bar which had ample stock and I was told that "wasn't possible".......just let that sink in......our food was decent but the guys working the counter were sloppy and did a terrible job wrapping the burritos thus opening my foil to a mess. I'd avoid this location and go somewhere with competent employees. The napkin and cutlery stock were also poorly managed. Obviously the workers here are not concerned with customer well being or happiness. Staff is also visibly on their phones in common areas (picture included) with basically no regard for customer needs. This place needs to be shut down

They don’t know how to properly roll a burrito. It was huge and extremely sloppy like they had bad proportions. The staff was friendly. The work station was dirty. Please do better. Everyone seemed really nice.
