Chipotle Mexican Grill

DON’T ORDER ONLINE. It’s best to just wait in line. The online orders are always LATE!!! I don’t even know why they give you times when they’ll just do it whenever. My order was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived (about 15 min later than expected) and still my order wasn’t done. I asked and they said there are two orders ahead of me… about 5 minutes later, another person asked and he received the same answer. There’s always two people in front of your order. Now I wonder, how much time does it take to do an order??? I’ve waited 10 minutes more, making it 25 minutes late and still no food. Meanwhile, the ones making the line are already eating ???? Besides the poor customer service, I can also state that this place doesn’t look clean. There’s food in the floor and the drinks area looks filthy. Definitely never coming back to this location.

Door says open at 10:45am. Went to open door at 11:00am, still locked. Finally opened the door. Walked in, no acknowledgement from the 9 staff members that were clearly still opening. Ordered my food. Got to checkout just for them to tell me there’s no dressing today. The girl at the checkout and the person who gave me a refund had an attitude. No apology. No nothing from them. Horrible business practices. Horrible.

This restaurant is a joke I was there yesterday with my 7 year old son, we had a bad experience my son only drinks organic juice, all the organic juice were empty, the machine had no ice all the tables were nasty dirty trash all over come in guys your are in aventura be a little more organize and provided customer with a better experience. The managers needs to do a better job overall. Bad services not the best food either. See it yourself
