Chipotle Mexican Grill

I can't believe this. I ordered a sofrita burrito bowl with everything in it. Also asked for a side of guac and I got a bowl alright but half of the items missing. All i got was a lil bit of sofrita, beans, ton of white rice, cheese and tomato salsa also I got a burnt piece of paper in it I also ordered 2 tortilas on side. Didnt get em either. I ordered on app pick up showed for 7:40 land i reached at 7:45 and revieved my order at 8:15. Like what the heck!?.Never going back there.. I am just done.

I don't know what has changed. But I have been coming here for atleast 4 years. This new staff is the worst. This is my second encounter with Ana. The first time I was served by her she barely gave me any food. But when her friend was in front of me she loaded her up. Then got upset when I asked for more. Today when I went everyone seemed to be joking. I asked for a burrito bowl. The store would be closing in one hour. So she got irritated when I asked for sour cream. She didn't want to take out more. So I walked off. Her lack of customer service shows. I've never had a bad experience until lately. It's a shame. I used to drive far just because this was my favorite Chipotle

Leaving work I decided to grab dinner using my gift card. Upon entry to the store, there were two people standing against the wall. After 1-2 minutes an employee informed me that they were only accepting orders from their website or the app. I went online to purchase my order and there was no option to use a gift card. The employee informed me that he thinks the register can be used to make a payment. He gets the Manager who tells me that I need to order from the app to use a physical gift card. So I wasted 10 minutes trying to order food that I could not use the gift card. I recommended to the Manager for a sign to be posted on the door for customers to know there's limited ordering & payment options. He walked off returning to the back of the store. I didn't appreciate the minimal effort in customer service from the supervisor.
