Chipotle Mexican Grill

Pretty much about as bad as it can get. As I'm walking up they make an announcement about the 3 or 4 things that they don't have. Okay fine, I figure I'll order a chicken bowl and keep it moving. I have a background in food service and customer service so understand having a bad day. But it should never get bad enough to start throwing food on my plate. I asked for a little bit of hot salsa and I get a lot. I asked for a lot of sour cream and I get a little bit. Then I get to the cash register and realized that the young lady who was preparing my food forgot my queso. After asking for the queso, the lady at the cash register tried to convince me that she had put it in the bag. I had to empty the bag to then convince her that it was not. I get my queso and make my way back to my gate two Concourses away. Sit down at my gate, and dig in only to realize that this is not what I ordered. The cashier gave me this wrong order. I would have eaten it but I don't eat pork. So thanks Chipotle for

Disgusting service. Workers were rude af. Literally swore at my 16 year old niece because my niece is hard of hearing and she wasn’t understanding the worker. “I’m not going to F**cling keep repeating myself” the workers exact words. Also they laughed every time my niece added an item to her bowl. Immature, nasty, rude people working here. Save your money and choose another restaurant. Oh forgot to mention we had to go back and get the side tortilla & a fork because they forgot them. Wish I could give 0 stars!

Not a great experience at all. Not properly staffed, food all over the place, long wait with nobody in line. I walked away a nervous shareholder. Food was as expected excellent.
