Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was great but the service is horrible. There is one person there who has an attitude frequently and I understand they might be tired but that does not condone having an attitude with paying customers. This was not my first encounter and I thought I caught them on a bad day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they really had the same horrible attitude the next couple of times I went.

I have been coming to this Chipotle since the pandemic started. My food is always amazing, the staff is always so kind and helpful, and I really wish people would generally be more compassionate towards people working in the service industry. PSA: if you’re mad that your food isn’t ready as fast as you want it to be, consider that these service workers are not robots and are going as fast as they can. They are doing their best just like everyone else.

When we went in they were doing one of the things that bothered me the most when I used to work at Chipotle. They were saving the food items that they were running low on for online orders only, as they cooked in front of us. They screw over the people that come in in person because corporate makes it super difficult for the managers to make the items that they’re out of unavailable to online orders.
