Chios Rotisserie

This was not a bad quick option and my first time trying the food ever. I think they need to add a sauce to the rice it was kinda dry. But great customer service experience. I got the chicken fried rice and beef and veggies.. Roughly 15.00 dollars per person.

Really good food but poor customer service. Cashier did not known how to do a refund and told me she will do it later. I was in a hurry and left and then called asking for my refund and I was told I will get my refund in 3-4 days. Really? How come you are not trained to do a refund while the customer is in the store? My response to your response: It is great that you have trained your people better. And my refund? It has been a month. You lied to me - you said you will do my refund in an hour, then in 3-4 business days - and now it is over a month and nothing!!! I am not going to this place again for sure! and would never recommend this place to my Peruvian fellows....so where is my refund? any help?

My husband (who is Peruvian) and I love this place!! We go here frequently. Our favorite dishes are the ceviche and lomo saltado (both the steak and chicken versions are good). We also enjoy the empanadas and Arroz Chaufa. We have had the beef lomito sandwich, and would only recommend having that in the restaurant, because the bun gets too soggy taking it to go. We love their desserts, too! We have had the alfajores cookies and flan. For drinks, we love their chicha morada and the maracuya (passion fruit juice)! I included pictures of the ceviche, chicha morada, and empanadas.
