THE ABSOLUTE WORST. No flavor, tastes like cardboard. Had the Kung Pao combo, potstickers, egg rolls ,and fried rice. Actually, this food will turn me off to Chinese for a while.
Best... Chinese... in.. San Diego... No joke. I came here on a Tuesday night and the place was full. We got sat at a booth as soon as we arrived and were greeting by the Manager. He had the best energy and was so kind and attentive. There was not a single second when our waters weren't filled. The staff is politely checking on every table so you're never sitting there waiting on someone to pay attention to you which most places when filled tend to take a little longer (as expected of course). I've been meaning to try this place forever because of how highly people rate it, and it did not disappoint. The interior is also so cool and gives the place a really cozy vibe. Now to the food, we got the appetizer platter which was so good and great to share. The mongolian beef was the best I've had in San Diego. They also give you a ton of rice on the side. They do delivery but I'd leave my house for the awesome service and ambiance. :)
I didn't expect for my Asian Server to be Racist....I had to ask for Hot Tea x3! True Story & as soon as a group of Caucasian Elderly people sat down for dinner....she acted like if they were from Queen Elizabeth's Royal Fam! Nah, Overpriced food with Bad Service, isn't worth it. It feels awful to be treated Less Than cuz I'm not Blonde or Blue Eyed. Panda Express here I come!
