China Wind

The dude who is at the front window is very rude and dismissive. I noted other comments about rudeness so it appears that maybe this is a consistent problem. Hey, I am just picking up some Chinese food. The interaction is brief. How hard is it to be pleasant? The food is OK, not great but OK. Chinese restaurants are a dime a dozen. So for my $$$ I'll go somewhere else and avoid the aggravation. I spend about $350 a year at that store. Not a huge amount of money but I'll spend it elsewhere from now on. They should learn how to value their customers. Seems I am not the only one in the comment section that feels this way.

I had an excellent experience in China wind, the food was fresh, delicious, and clean, the service was good and staff are nice. I probably recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Lady that answers the phone doesn’t have any customer service and their food is not consistent chicken fried rice was horrible no taste at all and general tsao chicken was so burnt that you couldn’t even chew it horrible . Never order Beef broccoli because you will only get broccoli. For all that money we spent food was horrible and service was terrible . I would give them 10 stars for bad service
