I haven't been in for over 20 years. I forgot how much I like the food. Very reasonable prices. Excellent service. Check this glass they used for my mai-tai, how cool is that!
Nope, I do not recommend this restaurant for anything. The food was off . They said it's traditional. Gross my wife dish was schezuan shrimp smelled and tasted like pee. The sweet and sour pork was not good either it was brown. We left still hungry.???????????? Update I added a photo of brown sweet sour sauce. Maybe you need a chat with your chef. Szechuan there you go.
It pains me to say this after frequenting this restaurant for over 40 years. I have always ordered the same thing: black mushrooms with snow peas and after getting very little sauce on it about 35 years ago, the waiter told me to just ask for lots of sauce. This has been my order literally over 100 times. Yesterday my husband picked up lunch for us (a huge treat as money is very tight) and when I ordered I had a very difficult time conveying that I wanted extra sauce. I said “more sauce, lots of sauce, extra sauce, plenty of sauce…”. I kept getting responses like “brown sauce, yes”. Finally I thought I got my point across and the order was placed. My husband arrived home and there was almost no sauce on the order. I ate a couple of bites and put the rest in the fridge. Out of respect for their busy lunch hour, I waited until later to call back. Presumably it was the manager or owner who got on the phone and argued with me for almost five minutes that the sauce was adequate, the
