I entered the restaurant to pay for my food and when I gave the Asian/Chinese woman my money, I expected her to return my change to me. To my dismay, she decided that she would just keep my change and had to ask for my change, VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY, she said, well I didn’t think you needed your change. And I asked her does she need HER CJANGE….and she responded, NO I DONATE (well I guess that’s what she was trying to say). I don’t care if it was one penny…..IT IS MINE! We exchanged comments back and forth (with other customers waiting) and finally I let her know that THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER WILL NOT PATRONIZE ANYMORE! And as I walked out, she responded, THATS FINE! She is one of the RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL persons I have ever had to deal with there! I’ve even heard others complain about her nastiness. Someone needs to get her some customer service training……FAST!

I went here last night and ate in the lobby. This is a no-frills place—the Chinese classics you’re craving. Opted for the General Tso’s and a pork egg roll. Both were steaming hot and super fresh. Much better than the average Chinese place in Columbia. I will definitely be coming here the next time I crave some Chinese-American classics. 10/10–give it a try if you haven’t already

Chinese lady that was taking orders got mad at me because I said my lemon pepper wings had way to much lemon pepper on them. She rolled her eyes and say wipe it off with a napkin. Bad customer service end up getting my money back.
