I used to frequent this place, but my last visit will coincidentally be my last visit. I ordered the vegetable fried rice, which used to be 3$ now it's 5$ and it's understandable due to the time's. But the rice was dry, and didn't consist of any vegetables, other than a lot of small carrots. The service was less then desirable as well, no greetings or smiles, I kinda get the feeling that it's customary. And this shouldn't be acceptable, I don't feel like I'm owed this, but being courteous wouldn't hurt. Hopefully this helps... ✌️✌️
Terrible service. I ordered from them and apparently they delivered it to the wrong house and made it out to be my fault. When I called to politely ask them how it was going, they yelled at me and they said they knocked on the door and nobody answered but I had been waiting outside the entire time. They weren't even on our street because I easily would have heard them knocking on someone else's door. I tried to explain that it wasn't my house they were at but they just yelled at me some more and hung up on me. I'm lucky I ordered through GrubHub and was able to get a refund through them, otherwise I'd have no food and no money. Like, sorry for not answering someone else's door, I guess? My address was right too because it hasn't changed in years and this isn't the first time I've ordered from them. I will never order from here again.
Been living in Cleveland for over 25 Years, first time eating here. I've been to a lot of different Chinese restaurants around the area and the food here by far is the best i've had yet. Very tasty and the restaurant is clean. Definitely gained a new customer!????
