I ate here with my wife and children on a weekend trip to Tulsa and we really enjoyed it. We love Mexican food and though Chimi's was not only delicious but great value. I had Birria tacos special and they were great, and everyone in my family really enjoyed their food and our service was top notch. The only downside was parking was a bit of a challenge, but I assume that's a known friction point in this area on a Friday.
Literally a train wreck, found a bread/tortilla tie in my enchiladas. 4 of the table of 6 stopped eating their meals and didnt finish their food. Waitress was rude and disrespectful to all the women at the table. "Manager on duty" response was to comp 2 meals after being shown the bread tie as well as the level of disrespect by the waitress was shared. Will make it a point to never go back and definitely share this experience as it goes beyond one bad employee.
From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Our food was delicious, salsa and queso were wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this place!! Look forward to coming back! Kid-friendliness: It's a family oriented place. Parking: Good location with lots of parking.
