Busy when we went on a Saturday night, and seated after our reservations. Food was excellent and the service was very good too. I would definitely return! Dietary restrictions: Excellent choices for celiac (gluten free). They also had a printout with other allergens. I did not get sick
Today I decided to visit one of the top 3 Steakhouses in my city. I lived for a few years in Brazil and I will try to be as impartial as possible. As for the meats, yes, everything is very similar and in general everything was very good. The server informed me that for the price I would pay I would have 14 or 16 different types of meat being offered in the rodizio. In twenty-five minutes I wasn't offered more than ten types and still after approximately 15 minutes I had to ask a Gaucho to bring me sirloin steak if possible. The food served at the Buffet is very good, but I didn't feel like I was in Brazil, I saw few really Brazilian items, the farofa saved the entire Buffet, very tasty. The 3 stars are due to the candle holder being completely dirty and the salt and pepper shakers being almost empty (See the last 3 photos). The caipirinha wasn't well prepared, I didn't feel the sugar or the fresh lemon, I've had much better ones on the beach paying a lot less. I believe paying more tha
Took a father and son out that are contractors for me for his son's birthday. First time being to Chima but have tried other Brazilian style steakhouses similar to this one. The father and son had never experienced it before. It's a little pricey but you have to consider all the options you get along with a salad/appetizer bar that is enough by itself. The meats were good the seasoning is a little lacking but that's expected. If you leave here hungry it's definitely your own fault. The service was excellent. I would definitely go again. Only thing that I didn't like was the grilled self peel shrimp. It was overcooked and hard to peel. The overall experience was great though. $245 for 3 people including tip was a little high but considering inflation and the food that is offered if you're a big eater it isn't too bad.
