Chili's Grill & Bar

Waited for a short time to get seated asked for a booth but were given a table even though many booths available.. Waitress Hannah was nice but we only saw her 3 times , to take our order, bring out appetizers and bring out dinner- Never brought our refills , had to ask a different waitress for one …. There was a manager floating around and even he couldn’t be bothered to help us…. To top it off the food tasted horrible.. The mozzarella sticks were burnt and greasy and the fajitas were beyond salty..There are plenty of other restaurants to get a great service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This location is in a constant struggle for a good meal and reputable service, cook, and management team. My "medium" steak was sent back TWICE and it still came back this rare. I asked the server for the manager and she said, "All she can do is take the item off your bill," but wouldn't send the manager over. Which made me wonder if they were running without a manager late on a Saturday night. They finally made me a new steak but fully expected me to eat my cold potatoes and broccoli from my first plate. They literally brought out a new steak on a tiny saucer plate. Sadly, every time we go we are always very unsatisfied. We say we'll never go back, but enjoy their menu items and give them a chance to try to redeem themselves.

Hostess was very rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t want to find us a table so told us we should sit in the bar area, but we didn’t want to. We asked for a booth and she rolled her eyes while she paged someone. Waitress was wonderful and was trying her best.
