Chili's Grill & Bar

Do not get the egg rolls I got them to go at lunch today they are Burnt and taste nasty waste of money! Wish I would have checked my order before I left there ????

This review is long over due, and will include an update. This Chili's location has poor service. We went in about two months ago, and waited to be seated, and had to get our own menu's. A server never showed up. Other people were coming in, and my daughter went and showed them to seats, and got them menus, and we still never got a server. We were a family of four. We waited a pretty good while. I eventually went to the bar, and asked. They said someone would be out. It's sad that we never got to eat our favorites. We eventually just left. Update: My daughter and her fiance' and the grandkids went through the same thing again. This just happened last month. No service at all. Maybe they are short staffed, and there is a lot going on nowadays in this world. I do feel that server's are not paid what they are worth, and the economy is hitting businesses hard. However you should still be treated fairly, and expect service in a restaurant. I hope things change soon. They are in a good loca

I had to take my 5 star's down to 3. Now this is one of my favorite locations to go too and the food and service is always great and the drinks fantastic! However I visited last weekend and was met by a horrible hostess that was rude and very nasty acting. She showed us our table threw or silverware (that wasn't even enough for our party) on the table and walked off. Or skillet queso was just so nasty and smelled old. Our burgers were great the kids meals were cold. Just a very poor experience from such a fantastic location.
